Engage: What does our engagement process look like?
EngageEngaging GrayLine Consulting (‘GrayLine’) is simple and straightforward. We recommend starting our engagement process with a health check of your organization. This information is translated into a model that helps our client understand his/her current situation and envision positive and realistic goals for the organization.
…our goal is to work ourselves out of a job as quickly as possible… After GrayLine briefly assesses a potential client’s need and determines whether we can help meet that need, the client chooses whether or not to take the relationship to the next step. This next step is typically a small time commitment by both parties, where GrayLine works through a high level assessment and general proposal with suggested solutions it can provide. This process can occur within a week (or longer), with the time and depth usually determined by the client’s own timeline and availability.
If, after GrayLine’s proposal, the client chooses to move forward, then GrayLine will provide a formal Engagement Letter and work with the client to outline the specific scope of work. GrayLine looks for opportunities to add real value and make an impact.
