As the founder of GrayLine, Scott brings almost 20 years of professional leadership experience to his consulting engagements.  He has worked at all levels of management from small to large organizations and has a passion for sharing his leadership experiences and learnings with his clients.

Scott Stanley

Scott has experience in building organizations. As an officer in the Army, he served overseas and completed Airborne and Ranger training. After completing his military career, Scott switched his focus to finance. After 2 years in management at AmSouth Bank, he joined a small consulting firm, Chatham Financial, where he was the sixth employee.  Chatham Financial grew as a high-end financial services consultancy to large real estate firms, opportunity funds and private equity firms and advised on many of the largest buyouts.  In his time there, he helped grow it to over 200 employees with offices worldwide.  Over nearly 10 years with this company, Scott played a key role on the executive leadership team, launching offices in London and Denver. He also led the technology organization within the company. Scott left this firm in 2007 to focus on his current business. Scott graduated from West Point in 1992 with a BS degree in mechanical engineering.

Jason Beyer

 Jason has deep expertise in strategy, inter-company relationship management, and operational leadership, which he gained primarily in the 14 years he served in purchasing management at Procter & Gamble after completing his military career as an officer in the Army. Among his numerous roles at P&G, Jason led multiple organizations charged with designing and optimizing supply networks and commercializing numerous R&D efforts. During Jason’s tenure with P&G, he managed multiple global teams and gained significant international business experience throughout Europe, Asia, and Latin America. Jason also served on the Board of Directors of the Food Ingredients Technology Corporation. Jason graduated from West Point in 1992 with a BS degree in mechanical engineering. While at West Point, he was a semi-finalist for both a Rhodes scholarship and Hertz Fellowship.
