  • This seminar identifies the one thing that can help you discover or re-discover the freedom and fun in leadership. Finding your freedom to lead is our flagship, two-hour seminar, which introduces the concept of separating your identity from your Role.

Seminar 2: Maximizing Your Effectiveness:

  • Only by truly understanding who you are and developing a healthy identity will you be able to lead effectively. Maximizing your effectiveness allows participants to dig deeper into exploring effective leadership by focusing on self-knowledge. This full-day seminar includes pre-work, tests and evaluations.

Seminar 3: Inspiring Character in the People you Lead.

  • Building on the foundation of finding your freedom to lead, this four-hour seminar places a heavy emphasis on coaching. Our Character Development Model introduces some theory, while practical exercises and Q&A prepare participants to leave the seminar with the competency to tackle this sometimes difficult issue.
